The Camp Fuller Board of Management (the Board) is instrumental in providing strategic direction, policy development and fund development while overseeing the operation of Camp Fuller. It is currently comprised of the following members:
Fuller's Director, Peter Swain, is an integral part of all meetings, but he does not have a vote. There are various standing committees (FInance, Buildings and Grounds, Alumni, Board Development, Annual Support), as wel as other special purpose committees created as necessary. From time to time, the Board will also invite non-Board members to participate on the committees or as special task forces, to utilize their particular areas of expertise to the fullest extent. The Board has regular meetings six to eight times per year, usually at Camp Fuller. If warranted, special meetings can be called to handle unexpected circumstances. Each Board member is elected to a three year term. No more than two terms may be served consecutively before a break is required. Board members are elected in a staggered fashion, to eliminate a potential large turnover at one time. The elections are held at the Annual Meeting in April of each year.
